I shopped around quite a bit before deciding on the Kingston SSDNow. So far I am very pleased with the drive. It was easy to install and the drive management software that came in the box seemed pretty decent. I had read that for optimum speed you should do a fresh Windows install to the SSD. Unfortunately, the Windows recovery discs would not allow me to install to a drive smaller than what was originally in my computer. I ended up biting the bullet and using the drive cloning software packaged with the SSD. Surprisingly enough, everything went smoothly and I was easily able to then set the SSD as my boot drive. My Windows 7 startup time dropped from around 2 minutes to 20 seconds. I'm sure I could tweak things to get that 20 seconds down to 15, but it really doesn't bother me that much.
