DS223 arrived diskless, without 24TB installed HD.

Item decription indicates "...2 x HDD Supported - 2 x HDD Installed - 24 TB Installed HDD Capacity..." Received only DS223 with NO installed hard drives and left wanting for the 24 TB detailed as installed. Would have been better off with ds223j (diskless). FYI.
