Great Family Computer

I have not owned a Desktop computer in many years. And this one peaked my interest. At first it seemed strange having a monitor, keyboard and mouse without having a tower to run everything. I really appreciated how easy it was to set this computer up. The HP All-in-One-22-df0013w can be set up anywhere. This unit is great in the kitchen for recipe viewing. And it is easily moved to other rooms so it can be used by every member of the family. My kids also took this unit to Grandma's to finish some schoolwork so maybe HP should offer a carrying case for the unit. I have found the processing speed to be satisfactory. We are not gamers and mostly using the computer for school and personal use. It is fast enough for our family needs. Also, the pop-up camera is only enabled when in use, securing your privacy. We didn't like the wired keyboard and mouse so we have a wireless keyboard and mouse that work perfectly with this unit using one port instead of two. Also, it would be nice if the USB ports were on the front of the unit. We use a dongle that allows us to access the internet and other devices that need a USB port, so it would be easier to have them in the front for "plug and play" use. I would recommend it to anyone who is an average person and uses your computer on a daily basis for shopping, bill pay, social media, school work and very simple gaming. For the price, it is a good, reliable computer.

Impressive Desktop Model

I recently received the HP All-in-One 22-df0013w desktop computer with 22-inch diagonal FHD IPS monitor (1920x1080). I love the large monitor screen. The display is vibrant in color, and images are clear. It has been a long time since I have owned a desktop model. The monitor is slim especially considering all that it contains. This is so different when I think about the tower that was required with the old desktop models. This is not that old desktop at all. This desktop is sleek in its design and does not require much space. The sound quality is clear. The camera can be pushed down for complete privacy unlike the cameras on my laptop models. The DVD player is located on the side of the monitor for easy access. I had accepted the fact that most of my laptop models did not have the DVD player, but I have that option again with this HP desktop model. The set up was so easy. The steps were simple to follow. The connection to my wireless router was made in a matter of seconds. It was quick to connect to my existing Microsoft account, and all the files from my OneDrive account appeared from my laptop onto this new desktop. That is so convenient. I do not like the white keyboard or white mouse, and I know that can be fixed. There are a couple of USB ports that can be accessed on the back of the monitor in addition to the keyboard and mouse ports. I am impressed with this desktop, and I would highly recommend it.

Great innovative idea!

I love this cross between laptop and desktop. I always have difficulty finding a place to put a computer tower. Laptops are ok but the screens are small. I have limited space but no need to move the computer from room to room. The idea of the nice sized monitor with the pc inside is awesome! My kids are younger and have been doing school on their notebooks which have tiny screens. I also love the built in pop up web cam. You can be sure it is off when you think it is, but it is there when you need it for video meetings etc. So far it seems to have adequate processing speed for our use. I am very pleased with this computer.
