Much more vivid...love Grumbacher Academy paints

I am SOOOO glad wal mart picked up this brand of Grumbacher Academy paints. The ones I used to get at wal mart weren't solid enough (semi transparent). These paints are much more vivid on the canvas and a bit thicker consistency. The other brand was more runny and not very vivid laid down on the canvas. The price isn't bad either considering the quality of this paint. There may be higher quality/"professional" (much more expensive) paints but for a cheaper affordable brand these are GREAT!

Purchased for fine art painting and I am a professional artist.Grumbacher is economically priced acrylic . It is buttery , clean color , viscosity, versatile, and stands up to my expectations. The best for price and stands up to any other professional artist paints. Believe me I'm 71 and have used all other companies. Quick dry and adheres to canvas, wood etc. and works with other media. Of course , your surface has to be primed . I have used like watercolor spraying dried flowers!! Thanks Grumbacher and the seller providing excellent product purchase and to my local Walmart making my delivery experience super!
