I have been using this product for years. Very easy to use, wipe a glob on your teeth, leave it for 5 minutes, rinse. If I use it consistently, my teeth look great. It does not increase my tooth sensitivity but my regular toothpaste is Sensodyne. This product does not take the place of tooth brushing, it is used afterward. Also I don't smoke, so I can't speak to that staining.

This is really the best teeth whitening gel and at such a good price! I've been using it for years. It get your teeth so white, that I only need it about three times a year. I usually leave it on just for 5- 10 minutes and my teeth look great. No need to buy all of that that expensive stuff!

Leave it on for longer for optimal results

I've been using this product for years avoiding the harsher ones available. It is a great value and if. you leave it longer than they recommend you can get stellar results but get a mouthpiece or figure out some method that it wont dissipate and loose its effectivity. I leave my mouth ajar for best results while I'm on my laptop. I use it lightly daily but if there is a special event upcoming, I leave it on longer and see the difference.
