FAGE Total All Natural Reduced Fat Plain Greek Strained Yogurt, 32 oz

Keeps showing up in our weekly grocery order, and there's a reason. It's actual strained yogurt - thick in a way the "Greek style" stuff is not, and it holds up with granola or honey instead of turning watery by lunch. I've used it in place of sour cream on a taco night and nobody at the table said a word, which is about the highest praise this house gives out. Just check the date when it lands - a warm tub is a real thing - and expect to pay more than the store brand. Worth it for the texture alone.

We're a family of four and I definitely try to stay stocked up on this yogurt. We mix it with protein powder for protein smoothies or we make a fruit smoothie bowl. I've even made protein bagels with this on my social media platforms. Creamy taste and protein packed , 17 g of protein per 3/4 cup.
