When it comes to resistance training, kettlebells offer a unique advantage. Not only do they simulate movements that occur during sports, but they also require a greater level of balance and muscular control than traditional barbells or machines. By engaging multiple joints and larger muscle groups, compound kettlebell exercises offer a more sport-specific workout that burns calories faster than isolated movements. This 30 lbs. good for the price but not perfect

these are the most affordable Kettlebells that I found. I did weigh them to make sure they were the right weight and that was fine. my only complaint is that the plastic is pressed together and it forms a seam at the very top of the handle, and depending how you're holding it it could irritate your hand if you don't work gloves.
