Mikolo Cable Crossover Machine, Lat Pull Down Machine, Wall Mounted Pulley Tower functional trainer with Adjustable 26 Positions Dual Pulley System, Lat Pulldown Cable Training for Home Gym Fitness

Mikolo has delivered great bang for the buck w/ this pulley tower. I've used it for a few workouts now. It took me a little bit of time to figure out what exercises I could do on it, what pulley trolley positions and the best attachments for each. The most I've had on it so far is 140%23 for seated rows. I've performed those, triceps pushdowns %26 extensions, face pulls, front %26 lateral raises, and of course bicep %26 hammer curls. The only included attachment I've used is the straight bar for the seated rows, otherwise I have invested in better attachments for everything else. Assembly was easy and straight forward, but I have a good socket set, wrenches, and an impact driver to make it easy. Dual guide rods allow the weight trolley to smoothly ride up and down. While the pulleys %26 bushings are plastic, I'm not sure upgrading them to aluminum would make a noticeable difference. I wished Mikolo included larger washers for the lag screws.

The price is fantastic and the quality of the material is better than expected. The cables are a little stiff but I am hoping they will soften up with more use (I've only used the machine 4 times so far). I also needed to apply a teflon based lubricant, made for weight equipment, to the poles for them to slide better. The adjustment screw on the front is a pain since you need to unscrew, slide handles, then rescrew it back in every time. I wish there was just a tension plug thing to pull out, slide up/down, then it springs back into place. All that said, I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
