Prisma water soluble pencils are a great choice at a great price. I purchased this set to compare the faber-castell water soluble pencils and to my surprise I prefer the Prisma brand watercolor pencil set. This is the perfect starter or travel set and I would most certainly recommend to artists that want to explore watercolors outside the usual watercolor cakes.
