Size chart way off. No returns😳

The sizes for these shirts are all over the place. I ordered a large for my grandson. It says it is a youth size. It is so large that he could wear it like a dress. I ordered a medium also and that's even too big for him. I followed the size chart…it's not correct. With no returns possible I may have to take it up with credit card company for misleading information.
