Bought this to level the truck as I didn't want to spend too much just to level it out. Took it to one of their vendors here in Phoenix AZ, they installed it in 2 hours. I didn't lose fuel mileage, and now I don't feel like my truck sits low, definitely will buy a 3. 5 inch once the extended and manufacture warranty runs out.
