They cook beautifully. If you have a small kitchen or tight for space they stack up, they provide protection between the pans. The silicon lids are fantastic seal nicely and keeps the heat in. I love the detachable handles you can use on the stove and in the oven. These pans are multi-purpose. Just love them to pieces!!!!

Beautiful look and feel. I guess I shouldn;t have chosen white if I don't care for blemishes after cooking....well staining. The food came from the pan well and it cleaned well. The only thing i dont like is that there is a 'stain' at the bottom of the pan from where I cooked/heated some precooked steak strips. It's not terrible but there is a faded circle ate the bottom of the pan from where I was cooking. If i would have chosen another color, the stain probably would not bother me so much. SN from another user: different colors of this brand's pots and pans hold up differently....but they may be attributed to stuff being more quickly made nowadays. Purple set from 5 years ago are A1!! Blue set from last year are good but my old ones had standards set high for the new ones.
