Key item features

  • Elegant Design: Features an Oriental pattern in ivory and gray, part of the Tulum Collection, offering a boho-chic aesthetic with rustic patterns and modern colors.
  • Durable Construction: Power loomed in Turkey from 60% polypropylene and 40% jute, providing a soft yet durable surface with a 0.38-inch pile height.
  • Practical Dimensions: Measures 5'3" x 7'6", suitable for various room sizes, though slight variations in length and width may occur.
  • Care Recommendations: Regular vacuuming (without beater bars) and spot cleaning are advised; professional cleaning for tough stains and rotating the rug every 3-6 months for even wear.
  • Backing Details: Contains a jute backing; a separate rug pad is recommended to prevent shifting, and a hold pad for carpet-to-carpet use.
  • Furniture Protection: Use rug protectors under heavy furniture legs to prevent flattening of the pile.
  • Color Preservation: Avoid direct sunlight exposure to prevent color fading over time.

This was a surprise. Came folded so I thought I would have creases BUT NO. Lays beautifully and the pile is low enough to allow for the door to easily slide over. The rug has been installed for 6 months and hasn't budged. Great value and lovely light beige and tan hue.

Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re so glad to hear the rug exceeded your expectations and laid beautifully without any creases. It’s wonderful to know that the low pile works well with your door, and that the rug has stayed securely in place after six months. We’re also happy you’re enjoying the soft beige and tan hues. Thank you for choosing Safavieh!
