Bad experience, Beware this 3rd party vendor.

The iitems I received are different than the item described in the listing. The items I ordered, according to the item description in the listing have finger notches. The items I received do not have the finger notches. The vendors customer service rep refuses to send me a return label to rectify this mistake, insisting instead that Moen does not make a grab bar with finger grips. Moen offers this product with and without finger grips / notches. The vendors listing descrin=bes the grab bar with the finger notches, but they sent me the items withoiut the finger notches.
