This is THE BEST lowfat cheese I've tasted. Better than Kraft. I'm using it in place of cheddar cheese in all my recipes not just for taco night or enchiladas. I can't believe it's half the cost of Kraft! Good find. Highly recommended.

Reduced fat and tastes great!

It's really hard to find reduced fat cheese that also tastes good. This cheese is another fantastic great value branded product. I sprinkle it on chili, and salads. It's also great for pizza bagels and grilled cheese sandwiches. I recommend this as a really good reduced fat cheese.
