Easy to assemble/great customer service

The grill was easy to assemble. I hate assembling things, so I was a bit dismayed when I saw all of the parts. But I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to put together and didn't take too much time. I was also very pleased with customer service. The lid handle came scratched up so I called Nexgrill. A human from the US answered! She was very pleasant and she is sending me a replacement handle. I am very impressed with this company!

BBQ = swiss army knife, BBQ/wood smoker ability

Like a swiss army knife. What I like about this BBQ is its small footprint, unlike other more expensive bbq sold by others, this unit has lots of rust proof stainless steel parts, the burners are SS, the inside tray is SS, so are the collapsible 2 shelves, and outer door that leads to storage. It also accepts 2 SS trays that allow for wood chips added to obtan wood smoke flavor. Push button igniter lights up each of both independant SS gas burners. Upper inside grill rack keeps food warm while waiting for the rest of food to finish cooking. Qualiy unit, made well.
