Great alternative to the much pricier options out there. We usually prefer skin off but the skin was easily removed after cooking. Pieces are pretty uniform in size, very little “fish” smell when cooking, freshness as expected for frozen. Would highly recommend.

Love the salmon.

I've bought this several times; it's become one of my staples. I pan-fry them, put them between Hawaiian or some mega-grain bread with mayo, mustard, sweet relish and a slice of sharp cheddar or colby jack. OMG YUM!! These may even be better than the Great Value spicy-hot breaded chicken fillets I'm also addicted to. These cook well and quickly, and can be cut into sandwich size. Always seem fresh. My cats love it when I cook these, but I don't usually share. So this time I included in my Walmart order a bag of Temptations kitty treats I keep in the kitchen cupboard just for times like this.

Great value for the price. I prefer the Atlantic salmon but it costs twice as much and the flavor is not enough of a difference to warrant paying more! the fillets are a fair size, thaw easily, and take seasoning well. at 2 pounds per package it is best value for the price.
