Marketside Frozen Raw Ahi Tuna Steaks, 1 lb

Great tasting tuna steaks! I hate tuna out of the can but love it fresh. Although fresh fish is always going to taste the best, this is a great second place. It's delicious %26 tender cooked rare in a skillet. I'm not fond of how I have to remember to remove the packages of fish from the freezer the night before, and the process of cutting the vacuum sealed bag and putting the fish in a plastic baggie to go in the fridge seems...way more of an inconvenience than I would have thought. XD I've always wished fish wouldn't have to be packaged in those tight bags that take a bit to cut the frozen fish out of before placing it in the fridge. Still, that's kind-of my own peculiarity, I guess! XD My best recommendations for how to cook are to first marinate with salt, pepper, a citrus fruit, and Old Bay seasoning (optionally). You can then serve with duck sauce (sweet-and-sour basically, but with a bit more sweet) on top. Great with steamed or grilled veggies!
