Very healthy for you! More health bang for your buck compared to white onions. I cut up a whole bag of them and freeze whatever I don't cook that day. Then toss them in my eggs in the morning, then whatever soup, stew, nachos, chili, roast, salad or sandwich, etc I have for lunch or dinner till they run out and I buy them again. My MAIN gotta-have staple.
