The last time I had my carpets cleaned, I paid to have it professionally done. To say the least, I was disappointed. I first used the Big Green Machine at work and was very impressed. I decided I could do better than the professionals, so I bought the Big Green Machine. It did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. I even used the hand tool for the steps. I previously had the Pet Revolution Pro Heat which I thought was a great carpet cleaner. Once it went down, I decided to move up to the Big Green Machine and I'm so thankful I did. As the saying goes, there's levels and this machine is on a completely different level. It cleans the carpets in a manner I couldn't imagine with my previous carpet cleaner. Worthwhile investment if you have a large home and want the absolute best results.

Amazing!! We carpet clean our carpet every 3 months. We had a different BISSELL but this one was amazing!!! We recently had a water leak on the top floor and it came through our ceiling. I thought our living room floor was done for but the Big Green Machine did an amazing job! It also fluffed up our carpet.
