Not fully stuffed...won't even sit up on it's own

This bear arrived fully vacusealed in a bag about a quarter of it's size. When we took it out of the bag and it reinflated, we discovered that they shortchanged us on the filling. The photo shows a plush bear. Mine looks deflated. Not ok. I shouldn't have to buy filling and restuff a brand new teddy bear.

Mr. Bear came vacuum packed so it was a little alarming upon meeting him. He came with a card of care instructions and a zipper that was super convenient. Just a quick “ziiiip” and a little shuffling of the stuffing and viola!! 10/10 I do 100% recommend!
