This traction device is quite unexpectedly amazing. I was pessimistic, having seen similar used devices being sold in large numbers. I intentionally got the most expensive, newest version, and I'm very glad I did! Assembly was fairly easy, the instructions are very well detailed. The product is very high quality, which one would hope when your health and life is at its mercy. It is extremely sturdy, with 100% durable components and material. The plastic material is thick and sturdy, the metal is very heavy duty, wirh accessories of the same high quality. Having never used a tilting traction device, it took a few minutes to figure out the secret to perfect balance. Turns out, one's body composition is the most important factor. For apple shapes (larger/heavier upper body) the leg piece needs to be set longer. For pear shapes, or heavier lower body composition, the leg piece needs to be set shorter than one's true height. A couple tries found my perfect setting. When that was found, I gained much confidence in using this alone (without a spotter). This creates the perfect balance and fit, very easy to control without assistance. The lumbar support also took several tries to find the perfect arch and placement. This is absolutely the best value for the money. With one's longterm health and comfort on the line, I was willing to pay whatever it took. Our teen daughter also enjoys this! It's a fun way for her to relieve aching muscles after strenuous workouts.
