I purchased my first pair of these locally at a medical supply store. I researched online and found them cheaper at For Your Legs (FYL). I assumed that I was ordering the same as I purchased at the store. When they arrived, I discovered that I had ordered the wrong ones. I called customer service to explain and the rep resolved my issue quickly. She was so kind, efficient and professional. On Monday, I returned the pair that I had mistakenly ordered. FYL paid for postage. By Friday, I received the new ones. Bravo FYL for a great product and service!
