I was nervous because the price is so low as to how it could possibly work well. It had a TON of reviews that were super positive… thousands and thousands of them… and I took their word for it and I do NOT regret it! It works so well. I had to get up in the night to turn it down because it works so well! We're in a heat wave and I couldn't even tell. Completely recommend this AC. I'm about to buy another.

Good for a cheap a/c. But the filter placement is an issue. It is very hard to get out to clean. The side panels are easy to install and do a good job. But be aware if you cannot screw the side panels down,(my window frame is aluminum- not putting holes in them) you will have to get creative to make them stay in place
