Walmart: RUN DON'T WALK — stick with Amazon

If I could give them a zero I would. Terrible service %26 mistakes all the way. 1. Horrible AI: holds customer on the phone unnecessarily, forced to shout to get transferred to a human. Obnoxious voice/attempt to sound like a bratty girl. 2. Two human agents ‘guaranteed' me that it would be sent by USPS. Didn't happen. OnTrac agent confirmed they never got information from Walmart, as promised me. OnTrac went out of their way to get it to me. 3. Return took 4 days to arrive in Southern California warehouse from Bay Area. And two days later warehouse hasn't even scanned it in. 4. No information from central Walmart customer service phone-no date for refund provided. 5. Waiting for approved refund now for 5 days. Will never order from this merchant %26 stick w/Amazon. 6. I will file a chargeback claim to may bank on Monday.
