Review and issue from my mistake

I have had my Soda Stream for many years. I am in love with the bubbly water, from my mtn spring - when I add CO2. I am not real familiar with your website's operation I thought I was ordering 2 CO2 tanks, did not realize I was actually ordering a spare tank. What are your thoughts on making up the difference?

Bubble late than never

SodaStream needs to do a better job if flagging on its website that have an option of purchasing one of two types of canisters depending on what type of pump you own. I mistakenly bought the wrong model and was not able to use the bubbles and had to drop them off at a local store that carries SodaStream products, time-consuming process that was totally unnecessary. Fortunately Sidastream sent me the correct model free of charge but imagine how costly this must be to the Company's bottom line!
