Where's the gift card?

The first time I ordered these and filled out the soda stream info when returning empties, you will be told you will receive an email with in 2 days. It took 6 months to receive the $15 gift card. Walmart's customer service said to call SodaStream's customer service.. Soda Stream kept saying there was a delay but should see the gift card in a week or two. New Cartridges do arrive quickly, just be aware that the gift card may not.

There must be multiple models of replacement Co² containers, because the one I received doesn't fit properly into my unit.
