Leumius Metal Bunk Bed Twin over Twin with Storage Shelves and Drawers,Metal Bunk Bed Frame with LED Lights,No Box Spring Need,White

After putting the whole bed together towards the end noticed one of the shelves arrived broken in 2 places. Contacted Walmart for replacement they told me contact the manufacturer. I had to hunt down the manufacturer through AI because the instruction booklet didn't have any contact info. I contacted them 3 times and nothing. Contacted Walmart again. Only thing told is disassemble and return it.
