This saves me so much time. I am studying to become a baking and pastry chef so I am baking all the time. I love that I can make a triple batch of baguette or brioche dough at once. This Commercial model has all the power I would ever need at home. The motor isn't as loud as my other two KitchenAid's (5 &6qt) and it handles a big load effortlessly.
