In general, we will cover most problems of the system and defects from the factory.For detailed information on parts warranty coverage, please refer to the information below.ExceptionsThe warranty will be automatically expired if any unauthorized modification occurs. During the service ordering process, you must notify us of any unauthorized modifications, or any repairs or replacements not performed by TST that have been made to your product. We will not be responsible for any damage to the product that occurs during the repair process that is a result of any unauthorized modifications or repairs or replacements not performed by TST.The warranty will NOT cover the problems caused by any of the following causes.1. Any misuse of the product, such as using the bike for commercial/rental uses, play dangerous act, etc., riding the bike on the abnormal road conditions.2. Any unauthorized modification to the product, such as disassemble the bike without direction by TST, faulty installation, repair, or maintenance by anyone other than TST.3. The product has been in any accidents, such as traffic accidents.4. Great EBike. Great torque power and throttle response is fast. 2 person ride was comfortable and smooth. Worth the money. However, the seat was a little too wide so it causes inner thigh discomfort. Other than that, everything is good!

Impressed After My First 20 Miles

Arrived well packaged and was easier to assemble than I expected. I've already put about 20 miles on it and it rides great so far. The motor has plenty of power, the fat tires feel stable, and the bike feels solid after tightening everything down after the first few rides. Only small issue was one fender screw backing out from vibration, but that's an easy fix with blue Loctite. Overall I'm really happy with it and would recommend it.

very impressive. I'm 230 lbs ,and I use it to get out into woods for hunting. 5 electric modes will do 20 mph out on dirt road. almost thought I was gonna have to tap out bolt holes that hold handle bars . but forced bolts in there and they didn't break.
