Black Decker could have done a much better designing this product. I own two Black %26 Decker power drills and coffee machine that all work like a dream. Don't get me wrong, I love the stick vac concept, but I've yet to find one that I can't live without. I wish I had the skill to reimagine/redesign it. The floor attachment should be stronger. I almost broke it the day I got it.
