Very small. Pic not representative of the product

The picture and this item is very deceiving. They're not even a foot tall and we're in the description. Does it insinuate that these are small smaller the image makes it look three or four times a size of what it actually is.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY!!!! The picture describing the item shows a large figure in front of a house. When the item arrived, it is only 3 inches tall - SCAM!!!!! Yes it does look exactly like the picture, and the lights do work but the advertising in VERY deceiving.
