Write a review? I have yet to receive the table. I received the chairs, but I haven't opened them yet. Nowhere does it say that they will ship the table and chairs separately I'm assuming from the feedback that I got from COLAMY7 is that maybe they lost the table. So I cannot write a review on an item I have yet to receive. I ordered this product on October 4, 2026. As of October 28, no table.

reply from COLAMY

Hello Kevin! Thank you for your candid feedback, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the delay and frustration you experienced. Due to the large size and weight of this 7-piece solid wood set, the dining table and chairs are packaged in separate protective freight cartons to ensure transit safety. Regrettably, the freight carrier recently confirmed that the table portion was mishandled and lost in transit. This is completely unacceptable to us, and we are currently addressing this with the carrier's management. We take full responsibility for ensuring you receive your complete set. We have already expedited and dispatched a brand-new replacement table to you. Rest assured, your order retains the full White Glove Delivery service as promised—the delivery team will bring it directly into your room of choice, unpack, and set it up for you. We have updated the new freight tracking details directly in your order message history. Our dedicated team is monitoring this shipment until your dining set is 100% complete and beautifully assembled in your home. Warm regards, COLAMY Customer Care Team
