Vortex Optics Diamondback HD Binoculars 10x42

The binoculars are exactly as described. They are comfortable to hold and easy to focus. The clarity is excellent. They are perfect for bird watching from inside my house.

Wanted a lighter binocular for daytime bird walks. The Vortex 8x32 were rated highly by bird watchers so I decided to try them. Super crisp focus to the edges, as good as more expensive 8x42 and 10x56 that I use at home or fixed blinds. They're solid. Tight enough to hold inter pupil distance and focus in normal use but easy and smooth to adjust. Although they can't equal the larger glass in low light, they were surprisingly good in shade and approaching twilight. Mine compare favorably with binoculars that cost more than twice as much. They also came with a quality hard case. I'm very pleased with this purchase.
