Beautiful for work or casual

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a bit big in the middle but once tucked in looked perfect. The length was good, sleeves hit at elbow. Well made, material has no stretch. The pattern was my favorite as I love blue stripes on a white background. The neckline was very becoming.
