The Julian cut are all uniform the slices are all uniform it's pretty sharp easy to clean easy to handle. I intend to order a lot more from my work as a Chef in NEW ORLEANS I highly recommend this product it's safer than the traditional mandolin that we're all terrified of using anyway. It's a good idea maybe if demand goes up they'll come in different sizes. This little handheld mandolin slicer is perfect for every day use.
