Excellent support; good quality scans

The support team at Plustek and then LaserSoft Imaging for the SliverFast Ai bundled software provided commendable tech support to get our scans going. The quality and speed of the 35mm slides have been good.

The device works really well and it has several options for scanning film. For the price, I wish it had more option for film size.

Works like charm

This is my second film scanner and the first one that produces high quality scans within reasonable time. Use the bundled Silverfast software, the colors are better than using Vuescan I purchased years ago. (Also a great software though). Dust and scratch removal is not perfect, but neither are 20 year old slides. For old films the Red Color Cast removal is a great feature.
