Disappointing in functional product

This item does not fit a standard horizontal box of tissues (I got Scotties 110 count). I'm assuming it's meant for the tiny tissue boxes in hospitals. Also, it is crooked — one side is taller than the other making it slanted with no way to put things on top of it as shown in the picture. Very disappointing.
