Toddler Girls Pumpkin Sleeveless Bubble Dress, Jack-o'-Lantern Face Outfit With Matching Leaf Headband Soft Halloween for Party Cosplay Photo Wear(Orange,5-6 Years)

This item arrived without the matching headband. Based on another customer's review, this seems to be a common issue. I would not have purchased this dress if it did not come with the headband. I chatted with a Walmart customer service representative who told me they could not ship just the headband and told me I could only receive a refund if I returned the order to Walmart or packaged it up and shipped it back. I told the representative that wouldn't be worth my time for a $6 refund. Do better Walmart.
