Black cats and tutus should always be paired together. My daughter loves when dresses like these are at the store. She loves cats and loves the girly aspect with the tutu. This extra small was the perfect fit for her. True to size for her with being a four or five depending on the outfit. Price wise this dress is great for a Halloween addition.

I bought this dress in a size 2T and it fit my granddaughter as expected. The size chart is accurate and it runs true to size. The dress is black cat themed and perfect for the upcoming Spooky Season. It has the most adorable bow wearing kitty face on the front. The top of the dress is a smooth, soft fabric that is comfortable for your little one's skin and movement. The tutu part of the skirt is 3 layers. The bottom layer is opaque black and is the same soft fabric that the top of the dress is made of. The middle layer is plain black mesh tutu material. And the top outside layer is black tutu material with silver sparkly glitter all over it. This dress is so pretty and festive. The quality is excellent. It's a great buy!
