Jean Shorts for Women High Waisted Fringe Hem Distressed Denim Shorts Casual Stretch Summer Shorts with Pockets

they run small, very cute shorts I would definitely size up

The first thing I noticed when I opened the mailing envelope was that they sent me the wrong color shorts. I ordered hot pink and I received red. Also, the inner packaging looked kind of beat up, like maybe this had been returned before? I checked the tag and the material composition didn't match what was advertised on the listing, which was a disappointment for me because I avoid polyester normally. I washed the shorts on a cold, gentle cycle and dried them on delicate low heat. The color did fade a little after washing. When I tried them on, I was surprised how huge they are on me. The material is soft and comfortable and very stretchy and I probably could've gone two sizes down. I ordered the large based on the size chart because I have a 30 inch waist and 39 inch hips(which would be a size large according to their size chart.) When I put the shorts on they were big already, and then as I've been wearing them for a few hours they have gotten even more loose so they are baggy saggy and don't look cute. I will say they are very comfortable. I don't even have to unbutton them to pull them down though. I wish they would change their size chart to reflect how big these run. I think I should've been a size small to make it fit like it looks in the listing photos. I also received them three days earlier than the estimated shipping date, which I was happy about. So all in all three stars I probably won't wear them unless I gain a bunch of weight. I hope this review was helpful.
