Powerful Steam and Much Nicer Than I Expected

I bought this after trying another steamer that didn't work the way I hoped, and I'm really impressed with this one. It feels very sturdy and well made, with solid metal on the head and thick plastic throughout, and it produces a lot of steam. The water tank is also a really good size. I was able to steam an entire shirt and still had water left afterward. It took about a minute or so to heat up. The power button blinks while it's heating, and once it's ready, you choose the setting you want. For my test, I purposely chose a very wrinkled shirt so I could see how much of a difference it made. After about five minutes of steaming, I thought the shirt looked really good. I included before-and-after photos so you can see the results. One feature I haven't needed to use yet is the flat-ironing option, but I could tell as soon as I took it out of the box that it was designed for that too. The front is a smooth solid metal surface, so it can be used as either a steamer or iron. The only thing that confused me at first was filling the water reservoir. I couldn't immediately figure out how to open it, and I didn't notice instructions explaining that part. In case anyone else has the same issue, you just slightly twist the bottom section where the water tank is and then gently pull it off. Once it's removed, it's very easy to see where the water goes and how the tank attaches. Overall, I'm extremely happy with this steamer. It feels higher quality than I expected, heats up quickly, produces plenty of steam, and did a great job smoothing my shirt.
