This makes the 3rd cheese cutter that I've purchased after the wire breaks from excessive cutting pressure by my now, ex-wife. I find this cutter to be manufactured much better than previous ones. It cuts well when used properly and it's easy to clean!

This is a nice slicer. It works good and is easy to clean. The only downside is it's kind of tricky to get it adjust for thickness
