Great bread baking !

Firstly it's much easier to pick up than my older cast iron pot was. Handles are very helpful. That said it does cook a little diffently for sure. Bread got crisper quicker. Is a little more difficult to get ckean with the white interior. All said I will definitely be using this pretty red one as my go to bread cooker.
