I really like how comfortable this dress is. You put it on like a robe because it is a wrap style dress that buttons on the inside. It has two buttons depending on your waist size. I'm wearing this on the smaller button size, but it doesn't matter too much as the waist also has a tie making this a very versatile and forgiving dress for different sizes. I'm taller at 5'11” and I do wish the dress had a bit more length for me since this is the size large. I also wish the waist seams were slightly lower, but that's just due to my height and longer torso. Overall it is a nice comfortable fit. I think extra length would just give it more of a wow factor for me. The fabric is a good quality stretch velvet. It is not thin or see through and the dress is constructed nicely. I picked this because I think it would be a fun dress to wear styled with a waist belt/corset belt for like a renaissance fair especially since it is so comfortable to wear. You can also make the slit more prominent if you put a brooch where the overlapping fabric meets at the place you'd want the slit to start. The color is a very pretty almost wine burgundy. Overall it is a lovely dress that feels great to wear and has a lot of fun potential for styling. Shipping was quick and it arrived with minimal wrinkling and no odd odors.

Beautiful dress, the rich color of the Burgundy velvet material looks and feels wonderful. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size which was my mistake. I should have ordered a large. Since I have been losing weight, hopefully I will be able to wear it later.
