Bone Dry here in St Petersburg Florida

This dehumidifier is impressive. I placed it pretty much in the center of the 2br/2ba condo and the humidity in every room, including the master bedroom closet is hovering at approximately 30% with the inside temperature between 77-79 degrees. On average I have used the air conditioning maybe 30minutes per day and it actually feels very cool inside with the humidity this low. Considering how humid it is here in Florida, I am very satisfied.

Works very well.

It does a great job of rmoving moisture from the basement. We ran the supplied hose to a drain so we do not have to empty it. It has been running for awhile now with no issues

A good option for a large basement space.

I found the instruction for installation and settings easy enough to follow. However, I was unable to use the include Pump hose since the attached plug does not fit the opening correctly or there is an internal blockage. I was able to connect a gardenhose which drained the water and over 24 hours the machine worked correctly and lowered the humidity considerably. It operates very quietly. I have been in touch with the company via email and found them very responsive and courteous.about the encountered issue. I am still working with them as of now.
