Happy for the reasonable cost, the gift gave the student capability for studies and home use. Happy camper and pleased giver.

Customer service counts as much as product

It's hard to rate this as I consider customer service as important as the product itself and that has failed so far. One of the items included in the package didn't work. Sent email. Walmart forward it to vendor and indicated 48 response. No response at all.

Extremely Poor Screen Quality

horrible screen viewing angles. I have not seen a worst screen in laptops bought 12 years ago. Literally changing the screen angle by 5 degrees drastically changes colors. Keyboard not backlit.
