So far so good. I can hear perfectly. I'm not a nurse just a mom with a child that gets pneumonia and respiratory infections often. We go to his pediatrician a lot and most of the time its not serious. I'm hoping this helps me know when its serious or not. YouTube has great tutorials on how to use it.

Littmann Lightweight II S.E. Stethescope

Works very well (a lot better than the bargain stethoscope I bought earlier.) Ear tips are comfortable and shut out room noises. I got the burgundy one. The tubing is the duller rubber tubing and not as bright or as pretty as I hoped, I guess its a more natural rubber. The colors the other students have are bright, shiny clear colors. It will do though, especially since it works great.
