I will definitely buy MDF again!

I purchased the lower priced end of the MDFs, due to it being my first semester of nursing. I was told don't go too fancy yet because more than likely you will lose it somewhere. I have to say- it works great! It's light weight and love the smaller ear prices that came with it. Oh, I went with the Acoustica Dual Head- forgot time mention that.
