Five stars for this lock, instalation was a breeze, I did have a small programing problem but customer support had me corrected in less than two minutes of me explaining my problem. Everything you need is included easy users manual, picture instructions, templates and video guides, wife and I carry keys bit now the kids can get in when were not around makes it safer and secure.

definitely high quality didn't expect it to come with the door handle bonus lots of awesome features multiple ways of getting in and out a little complicated install but still pretty much pretty easy QR codes available to scan for videos and instructions we really enjoy it highly recommended seems very high quality as well love that you don't have to use batteries and they have a rechargeable battery that comes with that's a bonus and even if it dies it comes with keys key fobs you know hand gesture palm print or whatever you call it plus entering codes that's awesome lots of codes. highly recommended great product great price. make sure to check size fitment because we had to do alterations because they were a little larger than expected which was the only downfall of the project.
